GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to provide us with your credit card number or to pay a deposit. For reservations subject to a deposit payment, it should be noted that the reservation remains subject to receipt of the deposit within the time limits. Payment is made in full on site by the customer by bank card (Visa and Mastercard), by cheque, holiday vouchers and cash.
In the event of late payment by a professional: Late payment penalties at the rate of three times the legal interest rate and compensation of €40 for recovery costs are due, automatically and without prior notice, in the absence of payment the day following the payment date appearing on the invoice.
Invoice and cash Receipt:
Since August 1, 2023, receipts, bank card receipts, purchase vouchers or promotional tickets, in application of article l L. 541-15-10 of the Environmental Code, will no longer be printed only at the request of the consumer. If the customer requests it, the professional cannot refuse the printing of the receipt, even if the digital receipt has been sent to him.
We thank you in advance for requesting this at the time of payment.
However, concerning invoices, notes and details, are not affected by this decree. Payments for services in the hotel and catering sector are subject to the obligation of a “remittance of note” provided for by a decree of June 8, 1967.
Modification or cancellation:
In case of guarantee by credit card, the free cancellation period is 8 days before the date of arrival. For a cancellation less than 8 days, the amount of 1 night will be debited. - In case of guarantee by payment of deposit, these are not refunded in case of cancellation. - In case of no-show, the minimum amount of one night will be charged.
Respect for privacy and personal data:
In accordance with the provisions of law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning you. All you have to do is write to us by post or by email (contact (at) logisduvexin.fr) indicating your surname, first name, email address and, if possible, your customer reference. In accordance with the regulations in force, this request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the signature of the applicant and specify the address to which the answer must be sent. A response will then be sent to him within two (2) months of receipt of the request.
Claim:
Any complaint relating to a service must be sent to the hotel by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within, if possible, less than 8 days after the stay. To avoid any dispute, all supporting documents including the number of participants must be attached to the complaint.
In the absence of a satisfactory response within 60 days, the customer can contact the Tourism and Travel mediator, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on their website: www.mtv.travel.
Applicable law and jurisdiction clause:
Any dispute will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Beauvais - France
